Born in Dundee, Scotland on 13/01/1998.

Graduated with Upper Second-Class degree in Fine Art from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design, BA, 2015 to 2019.

My current practice is solely made up of paintings that exude colour and organized chaos. The idea of each painting usually stems from the paintings’ title, which, in my creative process is typically the first decision of the painting that is made. I incorporate humour into the titles of my work; which is something that is not always received by the viewer but is a defining element that adds an extra element of my persona into the work. I aim to create overbearing images that are somewhat difficult to initially comprehend. I do this in the hope that it entices the viewer to take their time to digest every component they are viewing as opposed to quickly glancing the entire image quickly over. The paintings rarely have any form of preplanning and are created through a continuous process of changing pattern and intense colour; each stage of the painting is created in reaction to that of the previous.
